Oreck XL bag keeps falling off from base of the vacuum?

I got it second hand so I don't have a manual...am I not changing the bag correctly? It fits around the suction hole it just won't stay attached.

You can check online for the Oreck XL for a manual. I have had to find manuals for various machines in our home and it is usually easy to get help. Find the model no. and year if possible and check for a manual online. This will help you in many other situations in need.
