haven't cleaned in a year. what do i need?
i haven't thoroughly cleaned my house in a year, i'm truly ashamed but i'm determined to get it done. i'm going to the store tomorrow to buy supplies. i've always had a maid in the past and i have no idea how to clean stuff or what i need. please help me. i have hardwood, tile and carpet floors. i also need a vacuum, please recommend a type. i was thinking a canister vac? my house is really dirty.... i've done the occassional sweep and wipedown but no substantial cleaning and i have two dogs. please help me i have no idea what to buy for this project or even how to get started.
vinegar is great, lemon juice also cleans grease very well, you can use baking soda to clean your toilets and tubs, bleach is a must have to clean tile floors and bathroom surfaces>>>never mix bleach with other cleaning products this could release toxic gas and be fatal<<< paper towels for general wiping sponges for scrubbing a good mop is going to be your best friend so you don't end up hurting your back also old t-shirts make great dust rags and remember you can never have to many trash bags when doing a good amount of cleaning and hoover vacuums work great...by the way good for you I know its a pain in the ass but your going to feel so accomplished when your done
