How can I make my iRobot Roomba work again? It’s clean inside but just keeps spinning in the same spot!?

My roomba 535 stopped working properly… it’s only a year old. It turns It powers up & charges fine BUT doesn’t roll around to vacuum like it used to. NOW, It just spins in a circle in the same spot. I clean the bin, filter, & brushes regularly. What could be wrong? After checking out iRobot’s FAQ last night, I tried cleaning the front wheel & side brush in hopes of fixing it – no luck. Is there a place in HOUston Texas that can fix these? Better yet, has anyone ever had this problem? How did you fix it? It just keeps spinning in the same spot!

If you don't mind a comment. I have a Roomba as well. I hate this thing. It's always griping about the brushes. (I have 535 model as well). The brushes on the side spinning thing do not work well at all. The woks "okay" I guess....

SO then I look around at what else I could have bought for the $450 I spent on this thing. I found a top of the line Dyson at Sam's club. WOW what a difference. This thing PULLS the carpet off the floor....

Anyway, may not be worth the fix. Since we bought the dyson, I have not needed the Roomba much. We just use it "here and there" when we are in a jam and need to clean FAST!
