Itouchless Trashcan Smell?
I have a Itouchless Trashcan and because of the pressure when the lid closes for a period of time the smell of the trash accumulates in an enclosed area. Theres a foul stench when the lid is opened as well as heat expelling from the top. Its disgusting to be around, yet the concept of the trashcan is convenient so Im trying to work with it here. What way can I make the trash less smelly and less heated.
Another thing, has anyone experienced their Itouchless Trashcan to open for no reason when nobody is around it? It happens time to time when Im not even in the room with it, so I dont know if my sensor is off or whats going on. Maybe the trash is trying to breath with all that stench stuck inside!
Best bet would be to visit the company website and find the customer service section. I doubt if you are the first person to have this "smelly" problem.
Their website does have a form for customer service and it says "We require your itouchless.com's invoice number in order for us to check your order delivery status and any existing order related questions."
