I know that I am pregnant. I got an ultra sound at Woman Care Center but don"t know how far along i am.?

I was on the depo shot for 10 yrs. i am married and decided that we might want kids so i stopped the shot but never started having a period. i spotted a couple of times. Found out i was pregnant. The nurse said at least 15 weeks but the ultra sound said 13 weeks. you can see jaw bone and eye sockets. what do you think? ultrasound this week. so i will know for sure.

they told me that they can always be a couple weeks off so u will actually never know for sure
